Merit Care Supported living offers high quality , safe, effective, well led and responsive supported living care service within the Gloucestershire county. Our supported living services provide innovative and person-centred support enabling people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illnesses and challenging behaviours to live as independently as possible within their own homes and in the local community.
Our supported living service can help if you don’t want want to live in residential care but you are finding it difficult to cope at home. We welcome everyone from short term placements to long term placements. At Merit Care Supported living we offer:
• 24 hour support.
• Small home settings with one to one service.
• Assistance with arranging hospital bookings and attending appointments.
• Our enthusiastic and highly trained staff team will ensure right from the beginning that you will know what we will do to support the person, which can include helping with setting up a home and gaining a tenancy. In order to achieve the best possible outcomes, we also work in close partnership with health and social care professionals, housing, education and vocational training providers and employers.
